Waitlist Terms

These terms apply to the Edda pre-launch waitlist available at tryedda.com, operated by CHS Holding AB (Stockholm, Sweden). By joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.

The waitlist

The waitlist is a free, non-binding signup list for people who want to be notified when Edda launches. Joining the list does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or guaranteed allocation of product.

First drop & free jar offer

The first production run is limited (approximately 500 hand-numbered jars). Our current intention is that the top 100 positions on the waitlist will receive their first jar free as part of the launch. We reserve the right to change the structure, number, or conditions of this offer before launch — if we do, waitlist members will be notified by email.

Referrals

Every waitlist signup receives a unique referral link. Valid signups via your link move you up the list. We reserve the right to void referrals that appear automated, fraudulent, or created by the same person using multiple emails.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and have a valid email address to join the waitlist. The waitlist is open worldwide, but initial shipping at launch may be limited to certain countries.

No medical advice

Any content on this site regarding creatine or dietary supplements is informational only. It is not medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

Communications

By joining you consent to receive a small number of emails (maximum two) before launch, plus launch notification. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us at [email protected].

Intellectual property

The Edda name, logo, packaging design, and all site content are the property of Edda and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We provide the waitlist site "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from any change or cancellation of the pre-launch offer.
